The business was established in 1975 by George Austin, the
ex-Lord Mayor of Portsmouth.
Employing local skilled tradesmen the works during this
period were mainly Health Care, Local Authority & local Architects
practice led projects.
In 1993 the business was acquired by Steve Evans, who
decided to build on the established reputation of the company with
growth through diversifying into Leisure, Housing & Commercial sectors.
